What is Profhilo®?

This course is our own in-house training course and not one endorsed by IBSA.

Profhilo® is an effective injectable with clinical data to support the improvements in skin texture, elasticity and hydration. Consider Profhilo as Bioremodeling.  Profhilo® uses a process of thermal cross-linking to stimulate 4 different types of collagen and elastin by the slow release of Hyaluronic Acid (HA).

 What are the benefits and effects of Profhilo

• Tightening and hydrating to remodel the ageing and sagging tissue

Every patient is different and time can vary between seeing results, up to 8 weeks. The patient is followed up with a second treatment session, occasionally a third and will benefit from the following:

Polynucleotides are natural, highly purified DNA molecules, that repair and restore the skin at a cellular level. When injected into the skin, the polynucleotides integrate with the skin cells and jumpstart the processes which have slowed down due to ageing. Collagen and elastin production is significantly boosted, resulting in a major improvement in skin tone and elasticity. Polynucleotides also add a hydrating and anti oxidant effect to the skin, which results in healthier, radiant skin.
